Salesforce, a global leader in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), acquires Slack Technologies, a workplace chat app, to enable both platforms compete favourably with cloud and enterprise companies like Microsoft and Oracle. 2. Stripe Announces Stripe Treasury

Right after Stripe acquired Paystack, it then set out to overthrow other fintech startups by releasing an API that does what a bank does. With this banking-as-a-service, merchants can do a lot of banking by simply integrating Stripe Treasury.

3.Credpal Raises $1.5m Funding
