Startupbootcamp AfriTech is a leading accelerator that is focused on empowering innovators and innovative tech startups that are leveraging blockchain, Big Data, smart solution and enabling technologies in different industries in Africa. According to Zachariah George, Chief Investing Officer Startupbootcamp AfriTech, the accelerator “runs a 3-month accelerator program that includes training workshops, office space, access to mentors and investors, and many other benefits for tech-enabled startups looking to scale through corporate partnerships.”

Startupbootcamp Afritech is seeking for innovative tech startups for their accelerator program holding in August. To kick start the screening process, Startupbootcamp FastTracks (informal pitching events) are being held in different African cities. This year, the accelerator is hosting 19 FastTracks across 15 African countries. The 10 most promising startups are invited from those that applied for the FastTrack and are provided instant feedback from a panel of high-profile mentors. Teams that attend a FastTrack are 20% more likely to be invited to the final selection days.
